Dubai Govt Opens Karachi Office to Support Pakistani Business

The Dubai government has set up a new office in Karachi to make it easier for Pakistani businesses to work with Dubai. This step is expected to strengthen trade and create more opportunities for companies from both sides.

Recent figures show that non-oil trade between Pakistan and Dubai has reached AED 22.8 billion, which is about PKR 1.73 trillion. Over the last four years, the number of Pakistani companies registered with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce has also grown sharply—up by 161 percent. Today, there are more than 33,000 Pakistani firms registered, and many others are operating in Dubai’s free zones and in different Emirates.

By opening this office in Karachi, Dubai aims to support this growing interest even further. The new office will help businesses with guidance, paperwork, and information so they can expand more easily. It is expected to encourage more Pakistani companies to explore opportunities in Dubai and strengthen economic ties between the two regions.
