Emirates, the world’s largest long-haul Airline, is set to hire 5,000 cabin crew this year, marking a 25% increase in its team. This move aligns with the arrival of new Airbus A350s this summer and Boeing 777X planes in 2025.
The Airline is actively seeking candidates with internships, part-time jobs, or approximately a year of experience in hospitality or customer service. To facilitate recruitment, open days and assessments will be held in over 460 cities globally, targeting recent graduates and those entering the workforce.
Responding to a surge in post-Covid-19 travel, Emirates hired 8,000 cabin crew last year. By August 2023, the team had grown to 21,500, and the upcoming recruitment aims to further boost numbers significantly by 25%.
Emirates’ commitment to growth is evident in its order of 110 Airbus and Boeing wide-body aircraft, valued at $58 billion, during the Dubai Airshow in November 2023. These additions are integral to the Airline’s future expansion plans.
