The UAE Cabinet has announced a Dh7 million award to recognize federal government employees who help reduce bureaucracy and improve processes. This initiative aims to encourage efforts to simplify government procedures, cut financial and regulatory hurdles, and improve efficiency for businesses and individuals.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, emphasized that the award will honor individuals, teams, and organizations that create innovative projects to streamline operations and boost productivity.
In addition to the award, the Cabinet approved the establishment of the Emirates Entrepreneurship Council, led by Alia Al Mazrouei. This council will focus on promoting entrepreneurship and supporting youth-driven projects. To further this goal, a Dh300 million fund has been set up to assist young entrepreneurs in launching and expanding their businesses.
