Dubai’s Al Mamzar Corniche Beach is undergoing a major development project to transform it into a world-class destination with a variety of facilities. One of the highlights of this project will be a women-only beach, which will also allow night swimming. The beach will include a range of other attractions such as sports clubs, dedicated play areas for children, and paths for walking, running, and cycling, making it a family-friendly and active space.
The development, which spans an impressive 125,000 square meters, aims to seamlessly integrate beach and park areas with lush green spaces. This innovative design approach will create a vibrant and refreshing environment for visitors.
Additional features will include a seasonal event area for hosting activities and gatherings, a skateboarding park for enthusiasts, and advanced smart services. These smart services will use artificial intelligence for tasks like crowd management and security surveillance, ensuring a safe and organized experience for everyone.
The project is being developed at an estimated cost of AED 400 million and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. This initiative is part of Dubai’s commitment to providing modern, sustainable, and inclusive infrastructure for residents and tourists alike.
