Dubai is getting ready to add another impressive skyscraper to its skyline. Real estate developer Deyaar has officially announced its latest project — the Downtown Residences, a towering structure that will reach a height of 445 meters. This new skyscraper will be built in the Business Bay area, one of Dubai’s busiest and most modern neighborhoods.
The Downtown Residences will have more than 110 floors and include a total of 522 residential units. At the very top of the building, there will be a special feature — a luxurious Royal Palace, offering breathtaking views and exclusive amenities for its residents.
This announcement comes shortly after other major skyscraper projects were revealed in Dubai, such as the 725-meter-tall Burj Azizi and the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences, which will also rise over 550 meters. These developments highlight Dubai’s ongoing push to build taller and more luxurious buildings that attract buyers from around the world.
Although the full pricing details for the Downtown Residences have not been shared yet, it has been confirmed that apartment prices will start from around 1.8 million dirhams. The building’s location is another major advantage — it will be situated close to the Business Bay Metro Station, making it convenient for residents to travel around the city.
Once completed, the Downtown Residences will become part of Dubai’s ever-growing collection of ultra-modern, high-rise towers that offer top-class luxury living and world-class facilities.
