The mall has been designed to offer residents and visitors a complete lifestyle experience, combining shopping, dining, fitness, and relaxation in one place.
The development includes 60 retail shops, two major anchor stores, and a high-quality food hall offering a variety of cuisine options. It also features outdoor spaces where people can relax, walk, and enjoy the lagoon views. Additional facilities include a clubhouse, gym, spa, and a clinic, making it a convenient hub for daily needs. For ease of access, the mall provides parking for more than 400 vehicles.
South Bay itself is a mixed-use waterfront community in Dubai South, with villas, townhouses, waterfront mansions, parks, a long promenade, and private beaches. The new mall aims to enhance this lifestyle by giving residents a nearby destination for shopping, entertainment, and wellness.
