Dubai has announced a cash prize of Dh1 million for the Elite Men category of the 10th Al Salam Cycling Championship, which will include the special “Rulers of Dubai Court Race” on January 18. The championship is being organised by the Private Office of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
