Dubai Police has made it much easier for people to check and remove travel bans by launching a fully online service called “Inquiry About Circulars and Travel Bans.” This service is designed to save time and remove the need for in-person visits to government offices.
Residents who may be facing travel restrictions, including those related to rental disputes or other legal matters, can now handle everything online. By logging in securely using UAE Pass, users can check whether a travel ban exists, see full case details, and find out which authority issued the ban.
The platform also allows users to pay any outstanding fines or dues electronically. Once the payment is completed, the travel ban can be lifted almost instantly, often within seconds. This makes the process much faster and more convenient than before.
In addition, the digital service offers real-time case tracking, access to legal support, and AI-based guidance to help users understand the steps they need to take. All of this can be done from anywhere, whether the user is inside or outside the UAE.
Overall, this initiative reflects Dubai Police’s move toward smarter digital services, making legal procedures simpler, quicker, and more user-friendly for residents and travelers alike.
