Dubai’s Al Mamzar Corniche is approaching completion, marking a significant addition to the city’s coastal attractions. The beach will also include dedicated facilities for night swimming, offering visitors greater flexibility and a unique seaside experience after sunset.
Currently around 88% complete, the development reflects a strong focus on inclusivity and modern urban design. In addition to the exclusive beach area, the project will feature a wide range of amenities, including scenic walking and cycling tracks, outdoor fitness zones, children’s play areas, diverse food outlets, and dedicated event spaces.
