Hospitality giant Marriott International has signed an agreement with BlackSand to develop 10 new hotels across Saudi Arabia, supporting the Kingdom’s rapidly growing tourism sector.
The planned developments are expected to create around 6,000 jobs by 2030, contributing to economic growth and expanding opportunities within the hospitality industry. The hotels will be developed in key locations to meet rising demand from both domestic and international travelers.
The partnership aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to diversify the economy and strengthen tourism as a major source of investment and employment. Industry experts believe the new projects will further enhance the country’s accommodation capacity and attract additional visitors in the coming years.
The agreement highlights continued confidence in Saudi Arabia’s tourism market as the Kingdom pursues ambitious plans to become a leading global travel destination.
