Emirates has announced that it will introduce its flagship Airbus A380 aircraft on flights between Dubai and Delhi starting October 25, further expanding its premium services in India. With this move, Delhi will become the airline’s third Indian destination to be served by the iconic double-decker aircraft, joining Mumbai and Bengaluru.
The Airbus A380 operating on the Dubai–Delhi route will feature Emirates’ four-class cabin configuration, including First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy Class, offering passengers a wider range of travel options and enhanced onboard comfort. The introduction of the A380 is expected to accommodate increasing passenger demand while delivering the airline’s signature long-haul travel experience.
In addition to deploying the A380 on the Delhi route, Emirates is expanding its Premium Economy offering across India. The airline will extend the upgraded cabin class to six Indian cities through its Airbus A380, Airbus A350, and Boeing 777 aircraft, providing more travelers with access to improved seating, enhanced amenities, and greater comfort.
The expansion reflects Emirates’ continued investment in the Indian market and its commitment to strengthening connectivity between Dubai and major Indian cities. The airline expects the enhanced services to support growing travel demand for both business and leisure passengers while further reinforcing its position as one of the leading international carriers serving India.
