Abu Dhabi has introduced a new interest-free loan program designed to assist couples as they begin their married life. The program, called the Easy Marriage Loan, offers young couples up to AED 150,000 without any interest or fees to help them establish a financially stable future together.
Since the launch of the program in September 2024, a total of 515 applications have been submitted, with 58% of them meeting the eligibility requirements.
To apply for this loan, applicants must be UAE citizens, and the husband needs to have a valid family book issued in Abu Dhabi. The husband’s monthly salary should be below AED 60,000, and the couple must also meet certain age and marital status criteria.
This initiative is part of a larger effort by the UAE to support family growth and ensure the well-being of married couples starting their journey together. It reflects the government’s commitment to promoting strong, financially secure families in the country.
