The Ajman Half Marathon is happening on Sunday, December 31, 2023, marking an exciting way to end the year. To accommodate the event, Al-Safiya Street will be closed for two hours, starting at 6 am. Residents and visitors are advised to plan their routes in advance and use alternative roads during this time to avoid any inconvenience.
This marathon is the biggest running event in Ajman and will feature four different race categories: 21.1 km, 10 km, 5 km, and 2.8 km. Runners of all ages and skill levels will compete, making it a thrilling event for both participants and spectators.
The top three finishers in each category will be honored, resulting in a total of 138 champions being recognized for their achievements. The Ajman Police encourages everyone to cooperate with the traffic arrangements to ensure the event runs smoothly.
