Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, recently visited the Wadi Al-Amardi housing project to check on the progress of important housing developments for Emirati citizens. During his visit, he approved a new housing package worth more than Dh2 billion. This major investment is part of Dubai’s ongoing efforts to improve the living standards of local families.
The new housing projects include more than 1,100 homes spread across four key areas: Wadi Al-Amardi, Al Aweer, Hatta, and Oud Al Muteena. These projects are designed with modern architecture and include advanced infrastructure, such as roads, utilities, and public services, all aimed at providing comfort and stability for Emirati families.
Sheikh Hamdan highlighted how important it is to offer quality housing and services that meet the needs of the community. He noted that these projects are not just about building houses but about creating supportive and well-designed neighborhoods that help families feel secure and happy.
He also praised the efforts of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment for its work in supporting citizens and helping improve their quality of life. Sheikh Hamdan emphasized that providing good housing remains one of the government’s top priorities, and efforts will continue to ensure every Emirati family can live in a safe and comfortable environment.
