Known as the “Airbnb of warehouses,” this platform, called the Warehouse Platform, was introduced at Gitex Global 2024. It is designed to be a one-stop solution for all warehouse leasing needs in the country.
The platform will simplify the process of registering and leasing warehouses by creating a central system where owners can easily list their properties. It will cater to different types of warehouses, including both dry and air-conditioned facilities, making the leasing process more efficient for both owners and tenants.
By streamlining these procedures, Dubai Customs aims to provide a more organized and user-friendly experience for warehouse owners, helping them find potential tenants more quickly.
