Dubai Police honored a Jordanian expatriate, Mohammad Suleiman Al Qaryouti, for showing exceptional honesty after he returned Dh200,000 that he found in a public parking area.
The incident occurred in the area covered by Bur Dubai Police Station. After discovering the large amount of cash, Al Qaryouti immediately took it to the police without any delay. He explained that he did not do it for praise or rewards, but because he believed it was his moral responsibility to return what did not belong to him.
Senior police officials appreciated his honesty and integrity, describing his actions as a strong example of good character and ethical values. They highlighted that such behavior reflects the culture of trust, safety, and respect that the UAE promotes within its society.
