This September, Dubai is set to launch a unique and exciting fine dining experience with the opening of WOOHOO at the luxurious Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel. What makes this restaurant truly special is that its head chef isn’t a person—it’s Chef Aiman, an advanced AI-powered culinary creator. Instead of relying on taste buds, Chef Aiman has been trained using data, algorithms, and years of research in food science.
The restaurant is a new project by Gastronaut Hospitality, the same group behind popular Dubai spots like Trove and BohoX. With WOOHOO, they are blending the world of modern technology with top-level gastronomy. Chef Aiman works with a massive database of flavor profiles, seasonal ingredients, and the science of cooking (known as molecular gastronomy) to create dishes with exact precision. From perfectly prepared sushi to ceviche recipes built on algorithms, every plate is designed for a high-end, futuristic experience.
To ensure the food also connects on a human level, well-known Dubai chef Reif Othman will join forces with Chef Aiman. He will give hands-on feedback, helping turn the data-driven recipes into meals that don’t just look good on paper but also taste amazing and appeal to all the senses.
And it’s not just about food—WOOHOO is also changing the game when it comes to drinks. Guests can expect molecular cocktails and AI-curated beverage pairings that complement each dish perfectly.
WOOHOO promises to be a one-of-a-kind destination where innovation meets fine dining, offering guests an unforgettable journey through science, technology, and flavor.
