For those impacted by cancellations or delays, Emirates is offering flexible solutions, including rebooking options or full refunds. Additionally, customers making new bookings are being provided with one complimentary date change to accommodate shifting travel plans.
The airline also noted that it is actively working to assist affected travelers by accommodating them on the next available flights, including alternative routes via Dubai where possible. Travelers are encouraged to ensure their contact information is up to date to receive timely notifications and to make use of Emirates’ online platforms for managing bookings and changes.
Furthermore, Emirates confirmed that its city check-in facilities will remain temporarily closed until further notice, urging passengers to rely on airport or digital check-in services instead.
