    Microsoft Appoints Samer Abu-Ltaif as President for Europe Middle East and Africa Region

    Microsoft has appointed Samer Abu-Ltaif as the new President for its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. He is taking over from Ralph Haupter.

    Before this, Abu-Ltaif was responsible for Microsoft’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMA). With many years of experience in leadership, he is expected to help Microsoft grow in 120 markets by focusing on digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI).

    During his time at Microsoft, Abu-Ltaif has played a key role in expanding the company’s presence in different regions. He has overseen the launch of several data centers and led major investments in AI technology. In his new role, he will continue to strengthen Microsoft’s efforts to drive AI innovation and help businesses and governments embrace digital solutions.
