More than 4,500 runners representing 71 nationalities gathered at Hudayriyat Island in Abu Dhabi for Cancer Run 2026, making history by setting a new Guinness World Record for the highest number of nationalities participating in a cancer awareness run. The landmark event stood as a powerful symbol of global unity, compassion, and collective responsibility in the fight against cancer.
The run brought together cancer survivors, families, children, fitness enthusiasts, and professional athletes, all moving side by side with a shared purpose.
