Qatar Airways Surpasses 200 Daily Flights for First Time Since the Recent Middle East Situation

Qatar Airways is showing clear signs of operational recovery, recording 238 flights in a single day—its highest number since the beginning of the conflict. This marks a notable improvement from the 200-flight milestone achieved just a day earlier and highlights a steady upward trend compared to March, when the airline averaged around 130 daily flights.

The carrier is now moving forward with plans to further scale up its operations, aiming to restore connectivity to more than 120 destinations by mid-May. This expansion is being carried out in close coordination with the Civil Aviation Authority, ensuring that all developments align with regulatory and safety requirements. Despite the positive momentum, airline officials have emphasized that future operations will remain closely tied to ongoing safety assessments and the evolving regional situation, indicating a cautious yet optimistic approach to full recovery.
