In a significant move to enhance housing opportunities for Emirati citizens, Sheikh Mohammed has officially approved the allocation of 4,631 residential land plots valued at a total of Dh5.3 billion. These plots are strategically located across the communities of Al Ayyas, Latifa City, and Mushrif, forming part of Dubai’s broader vision for modern, sustainable urban living.
Spanning more than 71 million square feet, the allocated plots are designed to be integrated within thoughtfully planned communities that prioritize sustainable infrastructure, extensive green spaces, and a wide range of recreational facilities. This initiative aligns closely with the objectives of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, which emphasizes the development of inclusive, livable, and environmentally conscious urban areas.
To ensure a streamlined and transparent allocation process, the plots will be distributed through the “Emarati” platform available via the “Dubai Now” app. This project reflects Dubai’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality housing options and fostering vibrant, well-connected communities that meet the needs and aspirations of its citizens.
By combining modern urban planning with sustainability and community-focused amenities, this initiative reinforces Dubai’s dedication to enhancing the quality of life for its Emirati residents while shaping the city’s future as a model of progressive urban development.
