Shiekh Hamdan Launches Dubai Al Academy at Al Week 2025

At Dubai AI Week 2025, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, officially launched the Dubai AI Academy. This new academy will help train 10,000 future leaders in artificial intelligence (AI). It will work closely with top global institutions like Oxford Saïd Business School, Udacity, and the Minerva Project to deliver world-class training.

The goal of the Dubai AI Academy is to build strong AI skills across different areas such as government, education, and business. It will prepare people to use AI technologies responsibly and effectively. The academy will be located at the Dubai AI Campus, which is part of the DIFC Innovation Hub, a major center for technology and innovation.

The academy’s programs will cover important topics such as how to use AI in different fields, understanding AI ethics, and developing leadership skills. These programs aim to make sure that future leaders not only know how to use AI but also use it wisely and ethically.

During the launch event, Sheikh Hamdan also witnessed the signing of several important partnership agreements. These partnerships are focused on supporting startups as part of the Dubai Digital Economy Strategy. The goal is to help new businesses grow and strengthen Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for technology, innovation, and the digital economy.

This new initiative shows Dubai’s strong commitment to building a smart and advanced economy. By investing in AI education and supporting young businesses, Dubai is preparing for a future where technology plays a key role in every part of life. The Dubai AI Academy is an important step in making sure the city stays at the front of global innovation.
