Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has achieved an important construction milestone, as its main tower has now reached its full structural height of 283 metres, spread across 70 floors. This marks a major step forward in the development of one of the region’s most ambitious projects.
Once the spire is added in 2026, the total height of the building will increase to 352 metres, making it the tallest structure in the Northern Emirates. This will give the landmark a strong presence on the skyline and highlight Ras Al Khaimah’s growing role in large-scale developments.
The integrated resort is scheduled to open in Spring 2027 and will offer more than 1,500 hotel rooms for guests. It will also include a wide range of attractions such as multiple dining options, a beach club, a marina, and several leisure and entertainment facilities. These features are designed to attract both international tourists and local visitors.
Construction work is progressing steadily, with major advances in both the building’s structure and interior spaces. The project is creating thousands of jobs during construction and is expected to provide long-term employment once it opens. Overall, the development is set to play a key role in boosting Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism and hospitality sector, contributing to the emirate’s economic growth.
