Tesla has announced a temporary initiative offering free supercharging at its stations across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. This decision aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment, guided by founder Elon Musk, to provide free supercharging “during tough times,” ensuring support for Tesla owners when it is most needed.
The complimentary charging service is available at a wide range of locations throughout the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Al Ain. In Saudi Arabia, key stations in Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Taif are included, while Tesla owners in Qatar can benefit from free supercharging at major stations in Doha.
This initiative is designed not only to assist Tesla owners during regional challenges but also to encourage the adoption of electric vehicles by making charging more accessible. By offering temporary free supercharging, Tesla aims to reinforce its commitment to sustainable mobility across the Gulf region, supporting both environmental goals and the convenience of its customers.
The company has emphasized that this program is temporary and encourages owners to take advantage of the opportunity while it lasts. It reflects Tesla’s broader mission of promoting clean energy and easing the transition to electric vehicles in markets where EV adoption is still growing.
