Over the next five years, the United Arab Emirates is expected to welcome as many as 50,000 new millionaires — a number that is even higher than previous global predictions. This was shared by Rajesh Khanna, the CEO of Wealthbrix Capital Partners, a company that focuses on wealth management.
Wealthbrix is setting its sights on a specific group known as “mid-tier millionaires” — individuals who have between $5 million and $30 million in investable assets. As more wealthy individuals move to or invest in the UAE, there is a growing need for tailored financial services that match their unique needs. Wealthbrix aims to provide these personalized wealth solutions, helping clients grow and manage their money more effectively.
The company is supported by experienced financial professionals and backed by international investors. It plans to launch several investment funds from its base in Dubai’s Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), a key hub for finance and investment in the region. Over the next five years, Wealthbrix hopes to manage around $7 billion in assets, making it a major player in the wealth management industry.
This trend reflects the UAE’s rising status as a global destination for wealthy individuals, thanks to its stable economy, investor-friendly policies, and growing opportunities in sectors like finance, real estate, and technology.
