UAE’s Famous Haunted House Goes on Sale for AED 25 Million

The famous Al Qasimi Palace in Ras Al Khaimah — often known as the most haunted house in the UAE — has been put up for sale with a price tag of AED 25 million. The property, however, is available only for Emirati buyers.

The grand palace was originally built in 1985 by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Qasimi. Spanning over 20,000 square metres, it includes 35 spacious rooms, elegant marble interiors, glittering chandeliers, and even a striking glass pyramid on its roof.

Although no one ever lived in the palace, it became well-known for its mysterious stories and spooky reputation. Many people have claimed to see strange lights flickering at night and ghostly figures moving through the halls, which added to its legend over the years.

Recently, the palace has been fully restored and given a new name — Al Qasr Al Ghamedh. While it is now open to the public for visits, the property is still up for sale, offering a rare chance to own one of the UAE’s most talked-about landmarks.
