UAE-based low-cost airline flydubai has officially launched its direct flight service between Dubai and Peshawar, bringing exciting news for travelers looking for more convenient travel options. The Pakistan Aviation Authority (PAA) confirmed that flydubai has begun operations at Peshawar’s Bacha Khan International Airport, further strengthening air connectivity between the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan.
The very first flight on this new route, flight FZ 375, arrived in Peshawar with 164 passengers on board. To celebrate the occasion, the aircraft was welcomed with a traditional water cannon salute at the airport. A special cake-cutting ceremony was also held to mark the beginning of this new chapter in air travel.
With this new route, flydubai will now operate daily flights between Dubai and Peshawar, offering travelers more flexibility and ease. Whether it’s for business, tourism, or visiting family, passengers will now have a reliable and comfortable option to travel between the two cities.
In addition, the Pakistan Aviation Authority shared plans to expand air links from Peshawar even further, aiming to connect the city with more destinations across the Gulf region and Europe. This move is expected to boost trade, tourism, and people-to-people connections between Pakistan and other parts of the world.
This new development is a promising step towards improving regional connectivity and offering more travel choices for people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and beyond.
