The United Arab Emirates is expected to experience unsettled weather over the weekend, as the National Centre of Meteorology has forecast partly cloudy skies, scattered rainfall, dusty conditions, and increasing winds across various parts of the country. Residents have been advised to stay updated as changing weather patterns may affect travel and outdoor activities.
According to the forecast, convective cloud formation could lead to light to moderate rainfall in several areas, while winds may strengthen to speeds of up to 40 km/h. These gusty winds are likely to raise dust and sand, reducing horizontal visibility in some regions, particularly open and desert areas. Temperatures are expected to remain relatively mild for April, ranging between 31°C and 34°C, while humidity levels may rise along coastal locations.
Sea conditions are also forecast to become moderate to rough at times, especially in exposed waters, prompting caution for marine activities. Similar weather conditions are expected to continue into Sunday, with additional chances of rainfall and gusty winds affecting scattered locations across the UAE.
