Flydubai is preparing to open a brand-new flight training center that will improve the way it trains pilots and cabin crew. This modern facility covers 38,000 square feet and has cost millions of dollars to build. It is designed to provide more than 43,000 hours of training every year and features six simulator bays where pilots can practice flying in realistic conditions.
On Friday, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the Chairman of flydubai, visited the center to take a look at its advanced training equipment. He toured the Full-Flight Simulator (FFS), briefing rooms, and high-tech classrooms, all of which are designed to provide world-class training for aviation professionals.
During his visit, Sheikh Ahmed highlighted that this new training center is a key part of flydubai’s plans for growth and innovation. He also pointed out that the facility will help strengthen Dubai’s position as a leading hub for global aviation.
Flydubai has even bigger plans for the future. By 2026, the airline intends to add more flight simulators to the center. It also hopes to offer training services to other airlines, making this facility a major training hub for the aviation industry.
