Emirates has introduced a range of flexible travel options for passengers flying to Dubai, giving eligible travellers greater freedom to change their plans.
Under the new measures, passengers travelling on eligible Economy and Business Class fares can make unlimited date changes without paying additional change fees, offering more flexibility amid changing travel conditions.
The airline has also reduced refund fees on selected fares and is providing one free date change across its network for eligible tickets booked from April 2, 2026.
In addition, passengers can hold their fares for up to 24 hours at no extra cost, giving them more time to finalise their travel arrangements without immediately committing to a ticket.
Emirates has also introduced comprehensive travel insurance that includes conflict-related cover, medical expenses and trip extensions. The latest measures are aimed at supporting travellers facing uncertainty caused by changing flight schedules, airspace restrictions and other disruptions, while making it easier for passengers to adjust their travel plans when necessary.
