The highly anticipated ACC Men’s Asia Cup 2023 is right around the corner, set to kick off on August 30 with a thrilling match between Pakistan and Nepal at the Multan Cricket Stadium. Building up excitement, India has now unveiled the lineup that will represent them in this cricketing event.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) used X, formally known as Twitter, to announce the 17 players on India’s team. They will also be taking on Team Green on September 2 in Sri Lanka.
The team includes famous names like Rohit Sharma (Captain), Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, and others. And Pakistan’s Squad includes Babar Azam, Fakhar, M Rizwan, Shadab Khan, Abdullah Shafique, and more. Saud Shakeel might also join in if they need him for the Asia Cup games.
Before the Asia Cup starts on August 30, Pakistan will be in action from August 22 to 26 against Afghanistan. This will help them get ready and set for the main event.
