Abu Dhabi has announced plans for Marsa Al Saadiyat, a massive $27 billion marina district that is set to become one of the emirate’s most ambitious waterfront developments.
Covering approximately 6.4 million square metres, the project will feature an impressive 8-kilometre waterfront, 5.6 kilometres of beaches and a 350-berth marina.
The development is planned as an integrated destination combining luxury residential communities, high-end hospitality, retail outlets, entertainment venues and leisure attractions.
The sheer scale of Marsa Al Saadiyat is striking, with its total development area exceeding the size of Monaco.
The project is envisioned as more than just a residential or tourism destination, aiming to create a vibrant waterfront hub where visitors and residents can experience luxury, recreation, culture and entertainment in one location.
Once developed, Marsa Al Saadiyat could further strengthen Abu Dhabi’s growing position on the global tourism and investment map.
It is also expected to contribute to the emirate’s vision of creating world-class destinations and expanding opportunities in luxury waterfront living.
