Ajman Unveils $500 Million Infrastructure Plan to Boost Growth by 2030

Ajman has unveiled an ambitious urban development agenda worth $500 million (AED 1.8 billion), introducing 30 major projects that are set to reshape the emirate by 2030. The initiative, known as the AM30x30 Agenda, aims to modernize infrastructure, enhance public spaces, and create more sustainable and livable communities across the emirate.

Launched by Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, the agenda aligns with Ajman Vision 2030 and focuses on improving residents’ quality of life through smarter urban planning.

The projects include road network upgrades, expanded cycling and pedestrian tracks, new public parks, family-friendly recreational areas, and enhanced community facilities. Development efforts will extend across Ajman City, Masfout, and Al Manama, supporting balanced growth while promoting sustainable mobility, environmental preservation, and long-term economic development throughout the emirate.
