Dubai Real Estate Records $3.2 Billion in Transaction sin One Week

Dubai’s real estate market maintained strong momentum last week, recording total property transactions worth AED11.7 billion (US$3.2 billion), according to the latest data released by the Dubai Land Department.

The figures reflect sustained investor confidence and continued demand across the emirate’s dynamic property sector.

Between July 27 and 31, the market registered 3,531 sales transactions, generating AED7.99 billion in sales. The luxury property segment remained particularly active, with high-value transactions highlighting strong interest from both local and international buyers.

Among the standout deals was the sale of a luxury apartment in Jumeirah for AED43.5 million (US$11.8 million).

In addition to sales activity, mortgage transactions totalled AED3.07 billion, demonstrating ongoing financing activity and market liquidity.

Property gifts also contributed significantly to overall market performance, reaching AED647 million during the same period.

The latest figures reinforce Dubai’s reputation as one of the world’s leading real estate investment destinations.

Strong demand for premium properties, favourable investment conditions, and the emirate’s business-friendly environment continue to attract investors seeking long-term growth and stable returns in one of the region’s most resilient property markets.
