Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced a 50% discount on driver licensing services for People of Determination, offering financial relief to eligible individuals holding a Sanad Card or other approved People of Determination cards.
The discount applies to several driving licence services, including new licence issuance, renewal, adding new categories, and replacing lost or damaged licences. Applications will undergo a review within three working days before being referred to the Dubai Health Authority for further processing.
The initiative reflects Dubai’s continued efforts to make public and government services more inclusive, accessible and convenient for People of Determination, while reducing the cost and administrative burden associated with essential driving services.
