Emirates, one of the leading Airlines, has launched a massive recruitment campaign, offering hundreds of job opportunities across various departments. With the global impact of the pandemic on Airlines, including local carriers like Fly Dubai, Emirates aims to hire international employees since 2021.
Recruitment Process
Emirates will conduct open days and invite only events in multiple cities throughout the year, targeting candidates for positions in IT, cabin crew, engineering, customer service, and more. Selected candidates will receive notifications within 48 hours of assessment.
Opportunities at Emirates Group
The new hires will be assigned to two major entities within the Emirates Group: Dnata, the airport services provider, and Emirates Airlines. Emirates Pilots

Direct Entry Captains A380:
- English fluency.
- 3,000+ hours of command on Airbus FBW Wide Body aircraft.
- Minimum of 150 hours of command experience within the last 12 months.
Emirates Engineering
Emirates Engineering will organize open day recruitments in Brazil, Australia, UK, and South Africa during July and August. They are seeking to hire 75 structural technicians and over 400 employees for aircraft maintenance and engineering roles.
Customer Services
Emirates Group is looking for individuals to join their customer service teams at Dnata, Airport Services, Marhaba, and other centers. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and comprehensive training will be provided. The role offers an attractive tax-free salary. Here are the eligibility criteria:
- English language fluency.
- High school degree/diploma/A levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email usage.
- Willingness to work in shifts and wear the designated uniform.
Cabin Crew
Candidates interested in joining the cabin crew must meet the following criteria:
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Height of at least 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm.
- No visible tattoos while in uniform.
- Must meet UAE’s employment visa requirements.
- Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma.
First Officer
First officers can expect a salary of Dh 30,826, along with significant allowances for their children’s education. They are entitled to a 42-day calendar leave each year. Here are the requirements:
- Minimum of 150 flight hours in the previous 12 months.
- 2,000 hours minimum on Airbus FBW or Modern Boeing aircraft.
- Possession of an authoritative ICAO ATPL and an unrestricted class 1 medical certificate.
Emirates IT Professionals
