Emirates NBD Removes ATM and Debit Card Fees Until End of March

Emirates NBD has announced a temporary waiver of several banking fees for customers across the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, aiming to make everyday banking services more convenient and accessible. The initiative is designed to provide short-term financial relief while allowing customers to manage their money with greater flexibility during the period.

Under the new measure, the bank has removed ATM withdrawal charges across the UAE and GCC region, enabling customers to withdraw cash without paying additional fees. In addition, Emirates NBD has waived the charges for debit card replacement and delivery. This applies to cards delivered both within the UAE and internationally, ensuring that customers who need new or replacement cards can receive them without incurring extra costs.

Bank officials stated that the temporary waiver is part of an effort to improve customer experience and reduce the financial burden associated with routine banking services. The relief measure will remain in effect until March 31, 2026, after which the bank may review the policy depending on customer needs and operational considerations.
