    Saudi Chemistry Team Wins 4 Awards at 58th International Chemistry Olympiad

    Saudi Arabia’s Chemistry Team delivered an outstanding performance at the 58th International Chemistry Olympiad in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, securing four medals while competing against 363 students from 92 countries.

    The achievement reflects the Kingdom’s continued progress in science education and its commitment to developing the next generation of talented young scientists on the global stage.

    Ali Ahmed Bawazir and Ali Salem Al-Yami each won silver medals, while Abdulaziz Badr Al-Juaid and Mujtaba Abdulilah Al-Tarouti earned bronze medals.

    With these latest honors, Saudi Arabia’s total record at the International Chemistry Olympiad has grown to 53 awards, including 17 silver medals, 34 bronze medals, and two certificates of appreciation, highlighting the country’s sustained investment in academic excellence and scientific innovation.
