His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has sponsored medical treatment for 11-year-old Iraqi child Abdulrahman Muhannad Al Ajili, who is facing a serious form of muscular dystrophy.
The child is reportedly in critical cond ition and requires specialised medical care over the coming two months.
The support will help provide Abdulrahman with access to the treatment and medical assistance he urgently needs.
For Abdulrahman and his family, the gesture offers renewed hope during an exceptionally difficult period.
The initiative also highlights the UAE’s continued focus on humanitarian assistance and support for people facing serious medical challenges, including those beyond the country’s borders.
