For Muhammad Waseem, another Pakistani rider with four years of experience at Deliveroo, winning the ticket means fulfilling a promise. He recalls the sacrifices his father made for their family and now has the opportunity to take care of him while being reunited with his wife, children, and parents for Eid. Muhammad Waseem believes that his father’s hard work and prayers have been acknowledged and rewarded.
Irshad Hussain, a 34-year-old rider, is thrilled to celebrate Eid with his four children after a long wait of nine years. This ticket allows him to enjoy the joyous occasion with his family, reflecting the values instilled by his hardworking father, a farmer. Irshad Hussain aims to pass on those same values to his own children and is grateful for the chance to fulfill his son’s wish, which played a significant role in winning the ticket.
