5 Dubai Locations with 24-Hour Paid Parking

For many drivers in Dubai, the search for parking can be stressful, especially during busy hours or at night. To make life easier, several locations now provide round-the-clock paid parking, ensuring that motorists always have an option.

    1. Multi-storey Parking Buildings
Eight multi-storey facilities, managed by Parkin, operate in areas such as Al Ghubaiba, Al Sabkha, Naif, Oud Metha, Al Satwa, Al Rigga, Bani Yas, and Al Jaffiliya. These buildings are open 24 hours a day and charge Dh5 per hour, with a maximum of Dh40 for 24 hours. Payments are ticketless, made through machines or the Parkin app.

    2. Parking Near Mosques
Around 59 mosques across Dubai now have parking zones that function all day. Worshippers get one hour of free parking during prayer times, but regular charges apply otherwise. Standard rates begin at Dh2 for 30 minutes, while premium zones charge slightly more during peak hours.

    3. Al Khail Gate Zone
Introduced recently, Zone 365N in Al Khail Gate charges Dh30 per day with hourly rates starting from Dh4. This zone is enforced throughout the week, including Sundays.

    4. Parkonic-Managed Spaces
Parkonic provides thousands of private parking spots in residential areas, malls, and tourist destinations. Some locations, like Palm West Beach and Dubai Marina Mall, offer free parking for a limited time before hourly charges apply.

    5. Dubai Mall Salik Parking
In partnership with Salik, Dubai Mall now uses a cashless parking system. Depending on the zone, parking is free for up to four hours on weekdays and up to six hours on weekends. After that, fees are automatically deducted from Salik accounts.

With these facilities, Dubai drivers can find reliable parking at any hour, reducing stress and avoiding fines.
