Dubai has adopted a unified workforce productivity system across government entities, using data, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to strengthen performance measurement and support more informed decisions about government workforces.
The system links human resources and financial inputs with government service outputs, allowing authorities to assess how resources are being utilised and identify opportunities to improve planning, workforce management and resource allocation.
The approach is designed to provide a clearer understanding of productivity while supporting greater institutional efficiency.
Developed over a period of five years, the initiative represents another step in Dubai’s transition toward a data-driven and AI-enabled government.
By integrating technology, analytics and workforce information into decision-making, the system is intended to help government entities prepare for future demands and deliver services more effectively.
