Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi has officially secured a Guinness World Records title after becoming the waterpark with the highest number of waterslides in the world, boasting an impressive total of 55 slides.
The achievement marks another major milestone for one of the UAE’s most popular family attractions and further highlights the country’s growing presence in the global tourism and entertainment industry.
The record comes after the park completed a significant expansion that introduced 11 brand-new rides and attractions, increasing its overall offering to more than 70 experiences for visitors of all ages.
Among the new additions is the UAE’s tallest waterslide, adding an extra thrill for adventure seekers while expanding the park’s appeal to both local and international tourists.
Built around the iconic “Legend of the Lost Pearl” storyline, the expansion enhances the park’s immersive experience while reinforcing Yas Island’s position as a world-class destination for leisure, family entertainment, and tourism.
