Ajman has announced a Dh1.8 billion urban development package featuring 30 major projects under the AM30x30 Agenda, aimed at accelerating infrastructure growth and enhancing the quality of life across the emirate.
The initiative includes the construction of new roads, stormwater drainage stations, expanded cycling tracks, pedestrian bridges, parks, green spaces, and a range of community facilities.
By 2030, the plan targets a 43% increase in road development and a 33% expansion in cycling infrastructure to support a more connected and accessible city.
Aligned with Ajman Vision 2030, the programme focuses on sustainable urban development, improved mobility, environmental resilience, and creating a more livable environment for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
