Dubai’s International Holy Quran Award has shortlisted 424 contestants representing 46 nationalities for the second stage of its 29th edition, bringing together talented participants from around the world.
The prestigious competition received an impressive 20,535 entries from individuals representing 135 nationalities, reflecting its broad international participation and growing recognition as a platform for Quran recitation and Tajweed.
The shortlisted contestants will now undergo detailed evaluations focusing on their voice, recitation performance, accuracy and mastery of Tajweed.
Their skills will be assessed as they compete for a place in the next stage of the competition.
The event continues to provide an international platform for participants to demonstrate their dedication to Quranic recitation while bringing together people from diverse backgrounds through a shared appreciation of the Holy Quran.
