Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) made a significant global impact in 2025, reaching approximately 165 million people across 122 countries. The organization allocated more than Dh2.3 billion toward a wide range of humanitarian efforts, including healthcare services, educational programs, community development, and emergency relief. This marked a notable expansion in its outreach, benefiting around 16 million more individuals compared to its achievements in 2024.
Under the leadership of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative has been steadily transitioning from traditional forms of aid to a more sustainable, long-term impact model. This approach focuses on creating lasting change through endowment-based projects, strategic global partnerships, and innovative programs such as the Mohammed bin Rashid Endowment District and the Fathers’ Endowment campaign. By emphasizing sustainability, the initiative aims to empower communities and reduce dependency on short-term assistance.
Supported by a global network of more than 186,000 volunteers, MBRGI continues to strengthen Dubai’s position as a leading hub for humanitarian and development work. Its efforts are increasingly centered on delivering long-term solutions that improve quality of life, particularly in areas such as healthcare, education, innovation, and disaster response, ensuring meaningful and enduring benefits for communities around the world.
