Al-Zamazima Company has recently launched the Zamzam electronic platform, aiming to conveniently deliver Zamzam water bottles to pilgrims at their residences. The platform, managed by highly trained staff, ensures uninterrupted distribution of this sacred water.
Rayan Zamzami, the deputy general supervisor of the season’s work at the company, stated that the Zamzam platform includes a database of all pilgrims. It matches the data with the electronic track and the central Hajj platform of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, featuring electronically numbered houses.
Zamzam serves as the official platform for viewing reports and statistics regarding the work progress. It operates seamlessly, even without an internet connection, ensuring continuous functionality.
Zamzami explained that the work on the Zamzam platform involves several stages, guaranteeing the delivery of Zamzam to pilgrims at their accommodations in the holy city. It begins with registration on the platform, followed by control center verification and processing at the warehouse. The safe transportation is coordinated between the pilgrims’ supervisor and the delivery vehicle’s driver.
Upon arrival, both the recipient and the delivery person receive a confirmation message with all the necessary information. This streamlined process is facilitated by digital codes, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery and receipt.
Reports are generated every eight hours throughout the delivery journey. These reports are maintained for follow-up, review, and auditing, ultimately improving the quality of work in subsequent days. The specialized and qualified female staff at the company’s control and monitoring center diligently oversee the platform’s operations 24/7.
