The 454-year-old Harrow School is moving ahead with plans to launch its first-ever Middle East campus in Dubai, with the opening scheduled for September 2026 despite earlier setbacks caused by regional tensions and supply chain delays.
Located in Jumeirah Village Circle, the new campus is now around 85 percent complete, with construction progressing steadily and on track for its planned launch. Although the project initially faced challenges, including some admission deferrals and minor staffing changes, confidence has gradually returned in recent months as more families have confirmed their enrolments.
The school is expected to welcome around 400 students in its first intake, with plans to expand year by year until reaching Year 13. The opening marks a major milestone for Harrow, bringing its centuries-old educational legacy to the Middle East for the first time and strengthening Dubai’s position as a growing hub for world-class international education.
